Problem Remedy/Checkpoint
• The software cannot be installed • Conrm that your computer satises the operating requirements
(see page 6).
• The power-on setting does not operate / the power
schedule does not operate
• Try rebooting the computer with the client monitor switched on.
• When using a non-Windows standard rewall, conrm the
setting.
• After logging off the client computer on which Windows 7 is
installed, the monitor cannot be turned on or off. Log on the
client computer.
• Communication setting does not operate • Conrm to the system administrator that EIZO EcoView NET
Server is operating.
• Conrm to the system administrator that the equivalent versions
of EIZO EcoView NET Server and EIZO EcoView NET Client are
installed.
• When using a non-Windows standard rewall, conrm the
setting.
